AI voice sales training simulator · Sales team training

An AI voice sales training simulator for your sales team, no live trainer needed.

A sales rep logs into their account, clicks "Start training", and talks in real time with a virtual client who pushes back with objections. Right after the conversation they hear a spoken evaluation, the result is logged in the manager's spreadsheet, and an adaptive coach suggests what to practice and tailors the next session to it.

Task

Coaching with a sales trainer happens once a week, and new hires take 1–2 months to start selling

Solution

A voice simulator: the sales rep talks to a virtual customer, gets a score, and an AI coach plans the next session

Result

10× more practice (40 sessions a month), 0 live leads burned on training; new hires selling in 1–2 weeks instead of 1–2 months

By the numbers

1–2wk
New hire up to speed
instead of 1–2 months to the first steady deals
0
Leads burned on training
new hires' mistakes used to cost $300–1,500 in ad spend per rep
40
Training sessions a month
per sales rep, each with a debrief; no live trainer can match that
10–20min
Per session
between calls, with no trainer schedule or time slots

The problem

Where your sales team loses money on training.

  • Live sessions with a sales coach need scheduling: the coach is busy, the rep is busy, and the overlap is once a week.
  • Teaching call skills on real leads burns the ad budget: every mistake a new rep makes is a real lost client.
  • Text-based LMS simulators are scripts reps click through in a minute. No voice skill sticks.
  • New reps take 1–2 months to ramp up before they close deals consistently.
  • The head of sales simply has no time to coach every new hire one-on-one. Their target is for the whole team, not one person.

How it works

Five steps of one training session.

  1. The rep logs into their account

Clicks "Start training". No requests to the manager, no calendar slots: open the tab and go.

  2. A virtual client with objections calls them by voice

A real conversation in real time. Voice, pauses, interruptions, objections, just like a live call with a client.

  3. The rep sells without hints

No clues about the budget, purchase goal, or payment method. The rep has to uncover the needs, as on a real call.

  4. AI evaluates the conversation and reads out the score

Right after the call, the rep hears a debrief in the "manager's" voice: what went well, where they slipped, what to improve next time.

  5. The result is logged, and the coach prepares the next session

The score goes to the manager's spreadsheet and to the admin panel with the call recording. The adaptive coach reviews the rep's history and builds the next client around their weak spots.

Features

What the simulator includes.

Scoring by your scorecard

It's built on your team's QA scorecard: introduction, needs discovery, presentation, objection handling, next step. Criteria weights are agreed with the head of sales.

Spoken feedback during the call

The rep hears the score before closing the tab. No "I'll check it later": feedback arrives while the conversation is still fresh.

Adaptive coach

Analyzes the rep's recent sessions, suggests what to practice, and rebuilds the next client to target their weak spots.

Scenarios you can't memorize

The client is generated fresh before every session: personality, request, budget, set of objections. Repeats are filtered out, and the backstory stays consistent.

The manager edits scenarios directly

A dedicated admin section: add an objection, update terms, turn off an outdated variant. No developer needed.

Anti-cheat rules

You can't farm points with a short conversation. Objection handling scores 0 if the rep never got that far.

Admin panel for the head of sales

Manage reps, play back any call with seek, track progress by week and month. Each rep sees only their own history.

Logging to the manager's spreadsheet

Every session goes to Google Sheets automatically, in the format of your QA spreadsheet. A ready base for team meetings and bonuses.

Economics

Before and after in one table.

What changesBeforeAfter
Review of every conversation manual, when the head of sales has time automatic, right after the call
Availability on the coach's schedule 24/7, no slots
Scoring objectivity the coach's opinion one scorecard for everyone
Ad spend wasted on new-rep mistakes real lost leads for every new rep 0, they learn in a simulation
New rep onboarding time 1–2 months 1–2 weeks
Practice volume per rep

One rep completes 40 sessions a month, each with a debrief and a spreadsheet entry. A live coach can't deliver that many repetitions, neither by schedule nor by budget.

Who it's for

Where the simulator works.

Anywhere you need to build active voice selling skills across a large team and don't have enough live coaches. The solution adapts to any segment: real estate, auto, banking, agencies.

Real estate developers Car dealerships Real estate agencies Banks · mortgage centers HR and L&D directors Any sales team of 20+ people

What's different

Why this isn't an off-the-shelf LMS.

LMS simulators are text

Typical LMS platforms offer text-based theory tests. Voice simulators with automated scoring are still rare on the market.

Feedback during the call

The rep doesn't "forget to check the report". They hear the spoken score right away, while they still remember how the conversation went.

Adaptive coach

The next client is rebuilt around the rep's weak spots. No off-the-shelf product has this feature.

We'll roll out the AI sales training simulator for your team in 2 weeks.

Free audit: in a 30 min session, we'll show how the simulator fits into your onboarding and how much it saves on a live coach per year.
