Who we are

1-lab is a software and AI development studio. This policy explains what happens to the data you send us through 1-lab.dev. Questions about it: hello@1-lab.dev.

What we collect

What you enter in the contact form or the quiz: name, phone number, messenger handle or email, your message and quiz answers.
Visit context sent with the request: the page you are on, the page you landed on, the referring site, UTM tags and time spent on the site. It helps us understand which case brought you to us.
Anonymous traffic statistics via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.

We do not ask for and do not want payment details, passwords or sensitive personal data through the site.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and prepare the free discovery call.
To protect the forms from spam and bots.
To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

We do not sell your data, do not use it for unrelated advertising and do not add you to mailing lists.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site, protects the forms with Cloudflare Turnstile and provides cookieless analytics. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Requests are delivered to our internal lead system and team messenger so that a person can reply to you.

Cookies and local storage

The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser keeps a few technical values (for example, the time of your last request, to prevent double submission) in local and session storage on your device.

How long we keep it

We keep request data for as long as we are discussing or doing work together, and up to 3 years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email hello@1-lab.dev and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
